Lovers Chapter is the period-romance grade. Slightly heavier warm bias than Romance Letters, with more emphasis on candle-lit interior period work. Built for romance narrative set in earlier eras: Victorian, Edwardian, mid-century, anywhere the practical-fire lighting plan dominates and the visual register needs to read as warm period rather than modern.

Period romance has its own visual tradition, running from Wuthering Heights through The Age of Innocence to recent prestige work like Bridgerton. The candle-and-fireplace lighting plan combined with period-appropriate warm grading has defined the genre for decades.

Color Notes
