Install your first plugin

With Studio installed and your account signed in, installing a plugin takes one click.

Install from the catalog

1. Open Filmit Studio and go to the tools catalog.
2. Browse or search for the tool you want (for example, GridMaker or Credits).
3. Klicken Installieren. Studio downloads the plugin and places it in Adobe’s extensions folder for you.
4. When it finishes, the tool shows as installed.

Restart your editing app

If After Effects or Premiere Pro was open during the install, close and reopen it so it picks up the new panel.

Open the panel

In your editing app, open the panel from the Window > Extensions menu. Full steps are in Find your panel.

Updating and removing

• Studio updates your plugins automatically. See Updates and channels.
• To remove a tool, open it in Studio and choose uninstall. Your projects are not affected.
